Studio Executive

Job description


We’re looking for a Studio Executive to join our expanding client services team in the Norwich office, helping us deliver award-winning web projects and delight our lovely clients.


This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to help us deliver digital marketing and development services to our expanding client roster. 

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling of Web Development, Design and Digital Marketing work within the studio. Using tools such as Streamtime, GCal and Service Desk to manage priorities and workload, you will report into out Client Services Director and collaborate with our Account Managers to ensure we achieve client deadlines and KPIs.

We’re looking for:


  • At least 2 successful years of overseeing web projects either at an agency or in-house

  • Knowledge of the key steps in a website design and build project

  • Previous experience of scheduling in studio and managing priorities and deadlines is a must 

  • Experience overseeing project resources and juggling capacity with a friendly, flexible approach 

  • A natural flair for client-facing situations; interpersonal skills, including meetings, phone calls and pitches

  • Experience ensuring the stages of projects are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables. 

  • Diary management experience 

  • A friendly, approachable nature with a can-do attitude

  • Someone who will take pride in upholding our world class customer service standards

  • Confidence taking & creating scopes/briefs alongside clients, capturing all their requirements and understanding the impact on their budget

  • Proactivity and a desire for self-improvement make a great fit with Selesti’s culture

  • Experience of project planning, admin and budget control

  • Team-oriented interaction with developers, designers and digital colleagues to deliver all aspects of your clients’ brief on time and on budget

  • Enjoy the responsibility of being the go-to point of contact for a number of clients and their projects

  • Almost frighteningly good organisational skills, we have some solid processes - but we’d love to be shown a new way to make projects and retainers run even more smoothly

  • Quotes & invoice production, with excellent attention to detail


What would make you really stand out:


  • A track record of managing projects using agile/scrum methodologies

  • Experience using Streamtime or similar project scheduling tool 

  • Hands on experience assisting with pitches and new business

  • Experience managing WordPress, Magento or App development projects

  • Someone that knows their way around Google Analytics, Adwords & Tag Manager

  • Demonstrate examples where you have increased a client/customer’s activity
